Thank you for thinking of me for your next decorative pillow order!

To get started, send me a Request For Quote (RFQ).  You may submit your request by using the “Request A Quote” button, or you may submit your request through email: jvw@jvwstudio.com

Please send me the following information for each pillow(s):

• Vendor/Manufacturer of the fabric.

• Pattern Name and Number, Colour Name and Number. 

• Finished Dimensions of Pillow.

• Which type of pillow insert you would like.

•  Any trim details 

• No Welt/Knife Edge

• Self Welt

• Decorative Trim (Please provide product information)

• Trim details not listed above should be discussed in detail

First, I will go to the vendor’s website to find the information that I need to calculate the yardage for each pillow. Then I will provide you with a line-item quote for the pillows, a deposit request and the current lead time for your order.  Once I receive your deposit and fabric(s), I will put your order into my production schedule.

One Stop Pillow Shop

I will calculate your yardage requirements and purchase any to-the-trade designer fabric and decorative trim for a nominal 20% upcharge over designer net.

All cut fees and shipping costs will be pass-through and included in your initial quote.
